Watershed Business Management Unit

DUTIES:
This position tracks and processes all field operations procurement
invoices from ordering, receipt, verifications, approval, through
payment. This position also supports the preparation of procurement bid
documents and purchase requests, and participates in process mapping and
improvement to enable the Watersheds and District to make timely
payments to suppliers and ensure uninterrupted supplies of equipment,
materials, and labor for field operations. This position also supports
the Watersheds’ budget development process including development of
project plans and budgets for all Watersheds Operations and Operating
Projects, development of Unit Business Plans and resources balancing,
and development of the Watersheds Business Plan.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Three years of increasingly responsible accounting support,
bookkeeping or payroll processing experience and Training: Equivalent to
the completion of the twelfth grade supplemented by two years of college
level course work in accounting, business administration or a related
field. Directly related experience may be substituted for the college
requirement on the basis of one and one-half years of experience for one
year of education to a maximum of two years.

SALARY:
$4,388.17 - $5,346.55 per month—Based on a five-step salary plan<br>
Includes District payment of 8% PERS—Public Employees’ Retirement System
