District Sales Manager - $300,000/year Revenue Opportunity!

Farmers Insurance is expanding aggressively in the Hispanic market and we are in the process of developing District Sales Managers to be part of this opportunity! Once you have completed the Reserve District Manager training program, you will have an opportunity to apply for one of Farmers Insurance District Operations. Many of the District Revenue starts around $300,000 a year. The possibilities of accelerating your income are in your control.

We are looking for talented individuals whose strengths are in bringing out the best in people, recruiting for talent, training for success, achieving expected results and meeting sales goals.

Minimum requirements include the following:

1. Bilingual Spanish
2. 4-year college degree
3. U.S. citizen or have a permanent visa.
4. No misdemeanor or felony conviction.
5. Good credit history.
6. No Bankruptcies in the last three years.
7. Valid CA drivers license.
8. Five years as a successful business owner and/or management experience.

Compensation: $60,000 a year while on the Reserve District Manager training program
