Program Administrator
Equal Opportunity Program Unit
DUTIES:
To plan, direct, manage and oversee the activities and operations of the
District’s Equal Opportunity Program including investigations,
consultations and Requests for Information (RFI) from outside regulatory
agencies and, to oversee District compliance with applicable
regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines; and to perform other
related responsibilities as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Four years of increasingly responsible program management experience in
a related area including two years of providing lead direction on an
on-going or project basis and Training: Equivalent to a Bachelor’s
degree from an accredited college or university with major course work
in business administration or a related field. Directly related
experience may be substituted for the college requirement on the basis
of one and one-half years of experience for one year of education to a
maximum of four years.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENT:
Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid California
driver’s license may be required with determinations made on a case by
case basis. Prior to appointment, candidates will be required to
successfully complete a medical examination.
SALARY:
$7,111.87 - $8,664.93 per month—Based on a five-step salary plan
Includes District payment of 8% PERS—Public Employees’ Retirement
System
