Economic Benefits to a company using our graduates:
1. We ask a minimum wage of at least $1700 per month working on a full-time basis of 40 hours per week

2. Companies save money on payroll taxes (Social Security & Medicare) which are not required with the J-1 visa for practical training.

3. Graduates come with their own medical insurance for the full 18 months here.

4. Upon an offer of internship candidates can be here in as little as 4 to 6 weeks.

6. In the rare case there is not a good match a company does not have to continue the internship. In the initial offer of internship a probationary clause can be included.
