Programmer Analyst

Programmer Analyst 6 month contract
(possible contract to hire) located at Los Angeles, CA

Position could be temp to hire but, there is no guarantee.
Evaluates users requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost and time required, compatibility with current system, and
computer capabilities. Formulates plan-outlining steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design. Plans, develops, tests, and documents computer
programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. Requests 5+ years experience.   

The assignment could last 6 months.
C and/or C++, Java programming experience (5+ years). Position includes: coding, testing and configuring Networking (TCP/IP, soap, JNS)
XML, RPC, etc; Data structure and basic algorithms Environment - Unix (Linux). Position requires at least BS degree in Computer Science (ideally from a ranked program).
