JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
As an independent Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and
building up a WebServiceCenter's representation in South Florida. This will include
lead generation, business development and implementation of local marketing/sales
strategies, organizing and running day-to-day business operations as well as
selecting and training your staff.
At the beginning, you'll have two main focuses: Business Development (Selling)
and conducting Business Optimization Analysis. Part of your job will be to perform
optimization analysis, in other words, you will have to look at a complete business
model of a particular organization and optimize it from the ground up. We will
provide detailed training on delivering Business Optimization Analysis as well
as technology, professional consulting backing and full resources of the Outsourcing
Centers for high-quality and speedy development of new projects.

Applicants for this particular job will need to additionally possess the following
skills:
- Conceptual thinking
- Good understanding of Internet, Web 2.0, Java, Databases
- Ability to "think on your feet"
- Experience in business optimization techniques is a big plus (time/project/goal
management, workflow optimization)
- Positive, sales-oriented personality
- Business-like, professional appearance
- Experience in outside sales of intangible services preferred
- 4-year college degree in business, marketing, or finance. Or equivalent business
experience
- Own a current model laptop computer
- Be able to see, hear and communicate effectively in oral and written English
form
Compensation
After your training is complete, you will receive a competitive draw on future
commissions. Our sales commissions are the highest in the industry.
Qualified candidates may also be offered an equity partnership in our company
after 6-12 months.
