Clase
Azul is an Ultra Premium, 100% Weber Blue Agave, Reposado Tequila. Clase Azul
is the perfect marriage between the finest Tequila and a beautifully hand-crafted,
hand-painted Talavera carafe. It is produced and bottled in the Jesus Maria
region of Arandas, Jalisco, MX from 100 % Tequilana Weber Agave. Clase
Azul is aged for a minimum of 8 months in small oak barrels. We are using
a blend of Bourbon, Cognac and Sherry casks in the aging process. This aging
time and the use of these different barrels differentiates Clase Azul and
gives it an award winning taste profile. It has distinct, smooth flavors

Tequila
Don Anastacio is a tequila with great character, and a balanced and harmonic
body. Its appearance is crystalline, luminous and
amber-like. Its
smell is a
fruity aroma of extremely cared-for cooked agave with elegant notes of anise,
prune, apricot and haw, hued with the taste of white oak from the casks that
zealously shelter it during the necessary time for its correct and precise

Ashwani Dhawan, a creative
high tech entrepreneur and Sachin Chopra, a modern day chef with sensibilities
of two continents have collaborated to create a unique "Mantra Experience".
