We PAY YOU for referrals. 2 Opportunities:

1. Receive 20% for any advertising and exhibitor referrals. Simply tell others about infoBayArea.com and encourage them to contact us. We will discuss various opportunities and offer discounts for advertising and/or their participation in multiple events. We are VERY flexible with our rates! When we get paid, YOU get paid!

 

2. Receive $4 per ticket sold. Promote our business networking mixers by email and encourage others to purchase advance discount tickets by clicking on a private-labeled link to track advance tickets sales: http://infobayareaYourCompany.eventbrite.com. We will pay you $4 per ticket sold (after the minimum number of 10 advance tickets sold combined for  all events).

 

• Our events are YOUR events!  We organize and host business networking mixers, you don't.  100s of professionals and business owners usually attend our events - You can now host 'your own' business mixers and introduce your colleagues to many potential clients. • Our regular monthly networking events usually draw 100-250+ business owners and professionals. Our larger, Silicon Valley business expos and mega mixers draw 500-800+.

• Note - we never pay for catering, live music and entertainment. We also pay little to nothing to rent locations.

We are very well-connected, and we offer Bay Area establishments incredible opportunities to get lots of marketing and visibility (online, flyers, newsapers, magazines, TV, Radio, etc. ), and also earn revenues during the event, which we usually host on Thursdays (often slow evenings for these locations).

• We are not an overnight success. Since 1998, we have slowly but surely grown our weekly newsletter distribution list to over 13,000 (March 2008). We network a lot by attending numerous events, and distributing our flyers. What we feel we are very blessed with - hundreds, possibly thousands, of people, appreciate our services and tell others about our website and events. You can never pay anyone enough for word-of-mouth advertising! Our website has gone through several facelifts (expect web 2.0 soon) which have increased the traffic tremendously: 450+ visitors/day, top 5-10 ranking for many key words on major search engines such as Google, MSN and Yahoo.
• We give it that 'personal touch' We greet people with 'Latino / Southern Hospitality'. People want to be treated like they would treat others. They want to feel welcomed and leave an event knowing that it was worth their time and investment. We are truly grateful for their consideration and always look forward to seeing them at our upcoming events AND advertising on our website!

The Revenue Proposal - Details
• infoBayarea.com offers this win-win, performance-based opportunity to businesses, media, and organizations that can reach out to and draw crowds of professionals and business owners. This is an incredible opportunity to network with other influential corporate and business leaders, promote your organization, and earn revenues.

• infoBayArea.com will pay you to participate and for your referrals! This is how:

infoBayArea.com will host monthly business networking events:
     First Thursday of month in Silicon Valley (San Jose area)
     Third Wednesdy or Thursday of month in San Francisco , Palo Alto, or Fremont areas
     3 times per year will host Silicon Valley Business Expos (100+ exhibitors, 500-800+ attendance)

infoBayArea.com will pay you:
   20% for advertising & exhibitor referrals

     Calendar, Jobs, and Discount/Offers ads cost $75 each  ($15 referral)

     Business Directory ads cost $300/year ($60 referral)

infoBayArea.com will offer referral credits towards advertising and exhibitor tables
    Cost to participate: $350-$450 Refundable Deposit**
    Refund deposit for ticket and/or referral sales which total at least minimum amount
    Your organization listed in the Event Program (only for the business expos)
    Your organization and logo displayed on the event webpages
    An invoice sent to you by email and regular mail
** Your organization has the option to decline the exhibitor table
     and receive a refund by check by deadline date (minus $80 administration fee)
